CONEXIO SBT Resolver™ product line is now distributed by Olerup, ensuring a high level of service and flexibility towards the HLA community

From May 1, 2011, Olerup has the distribution and marketing rights for the CONEXIO SBT product line. Thereby Olerup will be able to further increase focus and service towards the HLA community. In addition Olerup also distributes Olerup SSP® HLA typing products within this segment.

Products

Conexio's SBT Resolver™ products are single tube Locus specifi c PCR based HLA sequencing based typing products:

SBT Resolver™ A – PCR amplifi cation from the 5UTR to intron 4 of HLA-A and enables sequencing of exons 1 to 4 (product number XH-PD1.1)

SBT Resolver™ B – PCR amplifi cation from the 5UTR to exon 5 of HLA-B and enables sequencing of exons 1 to 4 (product number BS-PD2.1)

SBT Resolver™ C – PCR amplifi cation from the 5UTR to 3UTR of HLA-C in two amplicons and enables sequencing of exons 1 to 7 (product number HH-PD3.2)

SBT Resolver™ DRB1 – PCR amplifi cation and sequencing of exons 2 and 3 of HLA-DRB1 in 2 amplicons (product number HH-PD5.2), includes the fi rst variable region in exon 2.

SBT Resolver™ DQB1 – PCR amplifi cation and sequencing of exons 2 and 3 of HLA-DQB1 (product number PQ-PD6.2)
